I am interested in the field that is surrounded by Roosevelt -Springfield- Lincoln - and St. Louis streets in
Aurora Mo. When it rains hard there is a river that flows through it onto the property that I reside at (820 Roosevelt). The owner is now willing to sell but I have no idea how much it could be worth. There is just shy of 2 acres.

A local realtor should be able to help you to determine the price. I would love to help you but I dont't have access to your MLS data. If you can't find MLS data to help you, check the local tax records to see what similar properties have sold for in the past year.
