can anyone tell me if you need to have a signed P&S agreement before you can apply for this program or can you get a pre approval to determine what you can afford. I am interested in how to start the process.
Hello Karlene,
You can get a pre-approval from any of the participating banks (Rockland Trust, HarborOne Credit Union, North Easton Savings Bank, Cresent Credit Union, The Community Bank, Mutual Bank, Avon Co-Operative Bank and Dedham Institute for Savings). Can I suggest that you visit the Buy Brockton website at: http://www.buybrockton.org or visit our website at http://www.brockton21.com to get further information and check out the "BuyBrockton" brouchure. You can also contact my office directly and we will put you in contact with one of the participating banks.

If you are still interested in the Buy Brockton program let me know and I'll send you some information. Thanks
Hi Karlene - You can get a pre-approval for this program before you start looking at homes, so you can determine what price range to shop in. And you should, because no seller will negotiate an offer with you unless you have proof of financing This program is offered exclusivley threw Rockland Trust, and the best person to talk to is a woman by the name of "Red". My office is out of Easton, and I do alot of business in Brockton and surrounding towns. I am a skilled Buyer Agent who will work for you (with no fee from you involved). Please let me know if you would be interested in sitting down with me to learn more on how I can help you.
