Home Buying in 92555>Question Details

Veronica, Home Seller in Fort Worth, TX

I am interested in purchasing a home in Moreno Valley (zip code 92555).

Asked by Veronica, Fort Worth, TX Sat Apr 3, 2010

I have looked at some properties online, but I know that the best thing to do first is to get a real estate agent. I would like to know if there is an honest, and friendly agent that works in that area who would look out for my family's real estate needs?

Hi Veronica,
I know there are some great agents here in the area.
Read their blogs and their websites and get a feel for who you like and learn a little along the way.
You do want to get qualified with a Direct lender first.
If you have any questions please ask.
in the meantime feel free to read my blog on the biggest mistakes buyer make in buying a home here on trulia.

I love it when a past client refers a friend or relative to me. I have always felt that the best way to find a great Realtor is by speaking with family, friends and associates that have bought or sold previously. Ask them for a referral to the Realtor that assisted them. Their experience can help you find someone honest and trustworthy as well as steer you away from a possible disaster. Give it a try, I bet someone you know can help you out! Good Luck!
