Majority of these Townhomes, do not have a home-owners association which means they have no monthly fees. The owner's are responsible for maintaining the property themselves.

The Duplex Townhouses for the most part are maintained by the owner, so there is no set fee. But, if you are thinking of a townhouse in a community such as Westgate for example, then there are amenities and common areas to be matained and therefore there would be a common charge.
