I did find one at 3707 Tucker Trail Lawrence, KS 66049 it is a 4 bedroom 4 bath listed at 319,900.

Hi Mtynester,

Yes, there are villas like Miller's Glen in Topeka but they will be for the most part more expensive than the $300,000 villas at Miller's Glen. They range from 1500 sq ft for about $154,000 which is less than the Miller's Glen places on up to about 4400 sq ft for about $475,000.
