Hello Rose, This is a beautiful community. This unit that I am including below is gorgeous. The HOA's are pretty standard for an upscale gated community. The fact that the gate is guarded, the monthly HOA includes lawn care/maintenance, the master association fee, assessments, building insurance, water (sewer), irrigation, landscaping etc. It isn't listed but it may include painting and roofs too as do most since this particular HOA includes assessments too. You also have use of all the facilities such as pool, tennis, clubhouse, exercise room, fishing pier, restaurant and cinema. When will you be in the area. The HOA fees includes basic cable, security monitoring, 24 hour security gate, landscape care around your unit and all common areas, maint. of community pool and cabana.

Compared to many other communites this fee is on lower side even though it may not seem low. Once you get into the "gated" community lifestyle you will be faced with these type fees and in most cases a higher fee.
