Hi Jon, Province Park condo's are at a great value right now. Condo's are closing close to $50k. This is extremely low compared to previous years (obviously). It is a great thing that there are not a lot of condo's listed over in Green's Edge and Province Park, but there are a lot of units in the community. That brings up another point. You may need to be paying cash if there are too many investor owned unit over there. Most banks will not currently finance in many of the condo communities in Fort Myers. Are you looking at Greens Edge? If so, those have just started to close in the last few months. I actually have a buyer who should close this week. The deveopler still has units for sale. Last time I talked with them, (a couple of weeks ago) they had actually just had a price increase.
Pretty place, convenient location, most of the units have great views.
