I am interested in a home that has recently been taken off the market due to title issues. Is there any way?

of getting in contact with the sellers to be considered before they get the opportunity to relist? Also, what is the general timeframe of such issues?

Eirinn, depending on what the title issues are and how eager the seller is to sell. The best way to find out when the seller will re-list would be to contact the seller. If you need any assistance please feel free to contact me.

It would probably depend on he type of title issues and the sellers ability to get the issues cleared up. Some may be easy others may involve more work. You should probably either have your buyers agent/attorney or yourself personally contact the listing agent regarding the timeline. Just because it's been taken off the market doesn't necessarily mean the sellers are no longer under contract with their listing agent/broker.
