Hi Adriana, Lake Sarasota is the biggest community east of 75 off Bee Ridge. There are currently 11 active listings for homes from 86,900 to 290,000. I eliminated the 'short sale' properties. These properties are also eligible for the USDA loan as the area is considered rural. If you are interested in this area, I can email you the property listings.

i know the area well. My partner and sister loves near there just west of 75 in that area.
you need to 1st get pre-approved to see how much you can get a loan for in order to purchase a hom also when a home you like is found you will need that pre-approval for it goes along way in helping you get the home if you have all your i's dotted and t's crossed when you present the offer.. If you do not have a good loan officer let me know have serveral I use who are great, or if you are paying cash then what are you willing to spend. there are homes east of 75 and bee ridge from 100,000 to over 1 million.

Question 2. - Define Space- are you talking fenced yard or some acreage so they can roam? What type of dogs are they. Some deed restricted communities do not allow certain breeds.

Hi Adrianambl,

I would need more information to accurately select properties that would be acceptable but I have included two links below for your review. The first link is for 2 bedroom homes East of I-75 off of Bee Ridge, that have lots of room for dogs to run and the second link is for 3 bedroom homes. Many of these homes have over 5 acres of land and a nice country feel. I did not search homes listed over 500K so if you are looking for something else, let me know.

There are many homes with fenced yards in that area that could probably work for your dog. Prices and interest rates have never been better, and there is a good selection to choose from. You can search from our website, http://www.sarasotapropertygroup.com, or call or email with your price range and we will send you a list of properties. If you need a loan it is vital that you get prequalified first, because many of the homes available are foreclosures or short sales, and the lenders who are making the decisions on those homes absolutely require a written prequalification letter first.
