We have many Canadians come to Myrtle Beach, SC in the wintertime. We always have plenty of things to do, golf, shopping, dining, fishing, entertainment. We have similar climate as Florida and have been fortunate with the weather over the last 15 years. Give me a call if I can assist you with some properties in SC.

Hi Sophie,
Punta Gorda is a beautiful little city on the South west Coast. We are 3 hours from Miami to the South and Orlando to the North. We are trying to mantain small world charm with all the amenities. By the end of this year construction will start on the largest Solar Power Plant in the world - on our East. following that the first " All Solar Powered City" will be built in Babcock Ranch on the East side. "The Loop" the 1.5million square foot mall will be here. We have fine dining, golf, boating, fishing, dancing, kayaking, performance arts and almost everything you could want within driving distance. We don't really have beaches but we do have a few parks. There is always a lot to do here.
Visit my website for more on Punta Gorda. http://www.puntagordarealty.com

Good luck with your search.

Hi Sophie,

Just 20 minutes north of Orlando, Lake County offers many different lifestyles. We have very rural, rural, as well as suburban areas. Lake County is located in Central Florida, we do have many beautiful lakes, however you do not have to reside on Lakefront property.

I have posted a link to my website, and to the County website also. Please visit them for a taste of Lake County.

Sincerely,

Hi Sophie,

If you do not like or need beaches or lakes, but prefer city style, you may wish to consider the charm and history of old St Augustine in NE Florida, you can view properties available at:

Or e-mail me and I can send you further information.

Hi Sophie,
Although Sarasota is on the Gulf coast and we have beautiful beaches, we're also considered the "Cultural Gem" in SW Florida. I recommend you take a look at my website. On the top right corner there is a quick video that may lend additional insight to our lifestyle.
If you would like additional info, please don't hesitate to make contact and I would be pleased to share Sarasota with you.
Good Luck!
