major issues with my credit and am needing to find out how to be able to purchase a home and what I can do within the 6 month period to build my credit back up. I have a daughter in special ed and really need to stay in the same school zone.
Well, it sounds like you should start with a loan officer. With credit issues, many times, lenders can direct you on how and what to pay down prior to making loan application. Starting early is good since you are aware you have some issues to overcome first.
