Have you already listed your current home? Getting another opinion is always a good idea if you havent already signed a listing agreement. Next you need a great agent in the Elmira area. I can refer you to a certified/trained relocation specialist. It takes about a day...there is now obligation or cost to you for the referral...so take me up on it...
