I am confused about the McCallum building. Are they condos, or apartments??
There is a condo for sale listing, but then they are also listed elsewhere online as rental apartments with the Galman Group. Can anyone clarify? Also, if I were to buy there, are owners allowed small dogs? Thanks all.

The McCallum building is a condo building, however, sometimes, people rent out condos and that is why they are listed as rental apartments. You can purchase one if you like. If you are serious, please contact me and I will get you the information of what pets are allowed, etc.
