I am buying a reo that I won at a reo auction but i have yet to receive anyword on closing cost or how much i
still owe on the property how far in advance to they have to tell me these things before we close

They should have had a representative assigned to you when you won the bid. Did you do this through a Realtor...I hope you did! Otherwise you get to do all of the follow up and paperwork. Start by calling the auction house for direction...they'll refer you to the title company and you can figure out disclosures and fuinding from there. Good luck!
