There are few furnished rentals available New Bern but none of them are luxury condos- so you may not have too much competition. Make sure you have a good property manager,do a credit check and ask for a substantial deposit to protect your investment. Check your condo association to see what rules they have regarding rentals. Have you considered using it as a vacation rental? That would require more work for you or a manager but may be worth it. You can check out what's available on VRBO.com( vacation rental by owner)& see what they are charging per night.
