I am buying a foreclosure property and my offer was accepted by the bank and I have the contract signed by

the bank,But on the contract there is no BANK SEAL. How can I trust the contract is true.

Being a former banker I can tell you that most banks don't use seals anymore...but if you did not use a Realtor, I would have a real estate attorney look it over just to be safe!

ask some Realtor to review it for you, we don't bite and always go an extra lenght, a phone call should be sufficient, and maybe you won't need a Lawyer, which..... gets paid by the buyer

Hey Antonio you do not need to yell at the guy (all Caps). We all make mistakes--some even learn from them.

Dear Kevin:

If you are unsure of your contract the best thing to do now is contact a real estate attorney. The cost for a review of a contract is very minimal.

IF NOT, WHY YOU GUYS COME AND CRY HERE AFTERWARDS...............
