Most of the time, when you buy the mortgage payment is going to be cheaper than what you would be paying for rent.
Also, there are some great programs out there to assist with closing costs and can get you into a home with no down payment!
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please, don't hesitate to give me a call at 480-275-9566.
Also, you can start searching active listings that may be of interest to you on my website http://www.rebeccasellsaz.com TODAY!!
PS. I look forward to working with you in the near future!
Have you considered purchasing? If it's the Down Payment that's holding you back ... you might want to check out the Home in 5 Down payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program.
While it does require the property to be owner occupied, iIt is NOT a 1st time home buyer program. There are income and credit requirements but if you qualify, you can receive up to 5% of the purchase price (max $300,000.00) that can be used for your downpayment and / closing cost.
I've attached a link, but if you have more questions or want see if you qualify, feel free to give me a call 602-761-4043.
