What is your dollar limit? What are you looking for as far as initial ROI?
I have some properties that you may like in Cedar hill and the surrounding areas.
Take a look at my website and there are several properties there as well as we can make offers. I have a transaction fee for succh offers but it is well worthwhil with good offers on good properties.

Look an agent that specializes in SFH investments. Most agents (90%) don't know the first thing about what elements one should consider and analyze when previewing a property. A specialist already has a team of other specialist in place: property manager, loan broker, insurance agent, tax accountant and real estate attorney. I hope this helps

Hi Peter,

The first step is to determine how you will finance the purchases.
Then get an agent to identify listings that meet your needs.
Then have the buyers agent walk you through the transaction step by step.
We assist investors from all over the world. Over the past twelve months we've helped clients from Finland, Nigeria, Cambodia and Mexico. I'm an investor myself and very picky about the properties we put our clients in, so if you need assistance feel free to contact me.

I work with investors from all over the world and country. You will need to be pre-approved for a loan or support how you intention for purchasing the property, then the offer must be submitted to the seller thru your agent.
Dont ever purchase a property unless you have an agent representing you

I am a Dallas real estate agent, and loan officer there are procedures that must be followed by the seller, buyer, loan officer, title company and etc. to protect all parties involved.
