I am having problems with the area. All the houses in my credit approval they are in a bad area or very sad and has a lot to be fix up. Being low income and having a chance to get a home and all you see is what you are trying to get out of . We going to live in this house we are buying shouldn't be some thing better. I would like a map that is clear to read for the area that is available for the Hud program .I am sorry that i want something better out of the bad area my credit does not help any . I am live in Oroville, ca. 95966 If this is not the

I sell a lot of foreclosures. I will tell you what you have to do. If you want a steal on a nice home. You have got to watch the market as much as possiable. The great ones will pop up on the market and by the end of the day they wouldnt be there. If you are checking them 1 time a week than you will miss them. They may not be there every day either. You may have to watch the market everyday for weeks and months until a nice one comes up. I do this. Every day I look at the foreclosures that hit the market. If its a nice one, my investors know about it before the day ends. You have to do the same. You are my compition and I am yours ( in a nice way). :)Were really not compition since I am in North Carolina and you are in Cali. but you are with the agents in Cali. Find you an agent who does what I do. One that will watch the market everyday and will call you when the steal of a life time comes up. When that agent calls though, you have got to be ready to look at it that day and mive on it that day.
