the CBB but would like to stay in Pennsylvania. Does anyone have any suggestions where a good place to look would be?
Hi Chris!
It depends on what you want to spend. We sell in that area and can supply you with listings if you get in touch.
Town houses are certainly a great option, but becareful of monthly Association fees that can accompany townhomes, some can be a little pricey. Are you familiar with the Delaware County area?? I know the area quite well and frequently travel over the CBB. Please drive through the areas in which you are considering, as some of the areas right over the bridge in PA may not be where you would like to live. Let me know if I can be of assistance (gina.crilly@century21.com) Good Luck, now is a great time to buy!
Chris,
I would suggest getting together with a realtor and let them know what is important to you. Schools, commute to work, place of entertainment and etc. Once you figure the importance of each item you can narrow down your search area. Tell the realtor your goal, is it 2-4 years in the home or more on the lines of 5-10 years. I can refer you to an agent in your area and they will be able to help you with what areas are good. They will be able to pull the appreciation stats in the area and that will give you a good idea of what direction the neighborhood is going.
Would you like me to have a realtor contact you in your area?
Have a great day,
Alyssa Wappes
Trying not to exceed $225,000. I have been looking at townhouses and single family houses and while there are a number of affordable ones in the area I am not sure which neighborhoods are good.
What purchase price have you been pre-qualified?
