I am a college student in Clarksville. Can i buy a house?
i am on athletic scholarship so i have no student loans. i get a 1500$ home grant per 6 months. i have no debt and do not have any credit problems as i have only had a credit card for a couple of months and made all payments on time. i am currently renting.

I would have to know more about your situation, but based on what you have told me it is entirely possible that you are eligible for a home loan. There are special programs now for the first time home buyer..
