I am a First Time Home buyer and have a chance to by on land contract.
What do I have to do to purchase this home and still qualify for the $6 - $8000 to purchase this home. I need to know how to do the closing on this home properly and meet the qualifications on this one time program. What kind of papers do I need to start on this purchase?
