As a Canadian investor, you will have to pay cash for rental property. You can get financing for a home if it is designated as a second home. If you need a lender, I have a couple that will work with you. Good luck, this is a great market.

My wife and I currently manage close to 350 properties for our investors. Because of the large number of deals we do, we have a sources sending us great deals before they go on the Multiple Listing Service. We have lenders who will lend to Canadians as well as private lenders and sellers who will carry the contract for you. Our investors are impressed with the services my wife and I can offer from start to finish. The research, aggressive offers, rehab, and property management which we charge only 8% to investor clients. If you would like to speak with us please call after 9am any day. Feel free to use our web site to do your own searches untill we can create a custom one for you. Thanks, Matt & Kim
