There are some left but the problem is that they are foreclosures that were priced much higher and being sold by the bank for a good price. I have lived in Miramar since 1994 and have seen tremendous growth. That usually means a bidding war which, even in this market, is alive and well. What's so special about being right on the Dade and Broward line is that commuters are a stones' throw away from major highway arteries.
