Hi Kirk,

There are lenders who will work with you even if your credit score isn't great. But even if your credit is too low to get approved for a mortgage I would suggest talking to a mortgage consultant, because they can, at least, advise you on the best ways to improve your credit. Feel free to contact me if you would like the contact information of a few mortgage consultants; I work with several.

I can try but I need to talk with you about your income, and credit score. The credit score is what it is I need to discuss how to show the other agents and owners why they should take a chance and rent to you with your credit score Please call me at 215-725-5700 X49

Kirk

Do you want to rent or buy? The first step would be to talk to a mortgage professional to see what your options are, then we can find something that suits your needs.

Please get in touch with me via email, cell/text and I can put you in touch with a mortgage rep then we can go from there.
