Depends on what is "bad" on the credit, why, how long ago... etc.

You may be able to purchase just depends on the answers to above... I would be happy to put you in touch with a lender that can help and give you a straight answer if you like. If you can then I can also talk with one of the agents in your area to make sure you have a great agent helping you.

Credit scores are really not that hard to fix. I have helped my buyers clean up and buy for years. Many things can post that are inaccurate. Call the 800 number for Transunion and get all three of your reports mailed to you for free in one phone call. Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. You will have them in a week. START DISPUTING ANYTHING IN ERROR, LATE PAYMENTS, ETC. they will send you corrected reports. dispute again and again until it is correct and your score is up then you should be able to qualify. It is not hard just takes about 15 minutes to write the letters each time they come back. If you don't have the time or don't want to, call someone like lexington law. They will do it for you for like $29.00 a month until you are where you want to be. Normally within 6-12 months. YOU CAN DO IT :):)
