Not sure if this is a typo. To answer your question, no unless you have some more money to put down. There is an FHA program available through select lenders that will qualify you for a grant of up to $7,500 if you are a first time buyer. Since it's a grant, not a credit it can be applied towards your down payment as well as your closing costs. You will still need to come up with the initial earnest money.
