Darla, it depends on what was written into the purchase agreement. If you used the standard Oklahoma Real Estate Purchase Contract offered through the Real Estate Commission number 7 section C covers this situation. If you did not use a Realtor or the standard Purchase Contract then it will depend on how the contract reads. I hope this helps you, if you need more information feel free to contact me.
