Victor, for some reason your question just popped up on my sight although if is dated Jan. 28, 2009. I have no idea where your 1 bedroom home is, but if it fits your needs and you like it you've pretty much answered your own question. The property isn't for everyone, but if it works for you it can work for someone else. It's already Octobr 2009 so this is probably a non issue for you, but wanted to at least respond.
