rural is ok as long as there is water and gas lines close enough to build a small get away home. Small amount of property is needed. however if the price is right ??? I recieving a small inheritence soon like in the next 2 months. This has been a long time dream of mine. The monies Im expecting will not buy me a home. sooo Looking for a small piece of land. Patty, there a number of land listings available up there...can you tell me what sq ft you are looking for and also are you open to Val Verde which is a part of Castaic that is a bit more secluded??
