yes also interested in close areas attached to castaic.
rural is ok as long as there is water and gas lines close enough to build a small get away home. Small amount of property is needed. however if the price is right ??? I recieving a small inheritence soon like in the next 2 months. This has been a long time dream of mine. The monies Im expecting will not buy me a home. sooo Looking for a small piece of land.
