How would you rate the Westside Preserve of Buttercup Creek in Cedar Park, TX?

I'm currently located in Cedar Park and am looking at a house in the Westside Preserve of Buttercup Creek also in Cedar Park. There's a lot of green spaces around this area with caves so it doesn't have the density that some places have. Do ya'll have any opinions on the area?

Carazy Cajun,

Actually, this subdivision is split by Lakeline Blvd. Presume you may be talking about the West side of Lakeline. In general the area to the East of Lakeline is about 3-4 years older so the area looks more mature. On balance, both sides have a lot of green space surrounding the neighborhoods, but the West side is less built up right now. You have to be careful on this side with what might look like greenspace today. It could be future development.

Are there more details as to what you're looking for specifically?

Thanks,

Jeffrey

I think this is a beautiful area of Cedar Park with great schools and the location allows for easy and quick access into Austin. In addition, you would be very close to major shopping center: Lakeline Mall area. Please feel free to visit my WEB site for additional information about the area and contact me concerning any questions you may have concern this area.

This really is a beautiful area of Cedar Park. Schools, Parks, Mall is all in close vicinity. Be careful of so called "greenbelts". don't take someone's word on what will remain a natural preserve. Always check with the City on who owns it and any plans or zoning for it.

I think that for the price, there are better areas in Cedar Park. This is a very nice looking development but it doesn't have a very established, homey feel because it is so new. If you don't mind a home that is just a few years older, I would say go just a little further south to the Ranch at Cypress Creek or some of the other surrounding developments.
