Hi Ally.

I think that question is a very personal one. Think of it as a Status Symbol with Bragging Rights. New York is a very big city, and Gramercy Park is a very small park, with very few buildings (in comparison) and that alone makes it very special to many people.

For that key, you will also pay a high premium. If that isn't a concern, then by all means, look for something aroun the park, buy it and let all your friends know about it :).

OR

Purchase something close to the park, you wont have to pay a Gas Guzzler Park Premium on the apartment, you can make a new friend who has a key and ask them to use it from time to time.

What do you think about that Ally?

Congratulations! According to NYMAg, a key to Gramercy park is as close to heaven as you can get in Manhattan. I think it's safe to say that that a key to Gramercy Park (legitimately obtained of course) is extremely valuable.

I heart NY!
