How to get out of my house and buy one ?
If I can't afford my home and want to buy a cheaper one what can I do?

Yea but you still will owe money one your older house right???
You can't just walk away from a house like its nothing.... can you??
FIRST ANSWER
Find a seller that has a smaller house and wants a bigger house. Then buy each others house. Good Luck
