Hi, we're looking for a 3/2 min. with tennis facilities, pool. Saw Millpond section and it looked nice online. Who would we contact about possible rentals, lease options for this section? Thanks.

Hi Kj,

You're right, Millpond is nice. Unfortunately, there are no current listings for rent. They do come up from time to time, though.

I'm taking the liberty of sending you all rental listings in the St. Andrew's corridor, which is where Millpond is located. This will include all of the following: Santa Barbara, Boca Madera, New Floresta, Timbercreek, Les Jardins, Strathmore, Millpond, and Colonnade.
