How to buy an 800K home with 10% down in Bay Area CA?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a home in a good school district in Bay Area (Cupertino/Mission/Warm springs) with 10% down. I am told that I can only get a loan of up to 625K with 10% down. Homes we like are only in the range of 750-900K in these areas. I'm trying to know if there is a way to buy around 800K home with 10% down. Please suggest.

I am in the Bay Area and we offer 80-10-10 options, which will allow you to put 10% down on that priced home and avoid mortgage insurance.

FHA currently allows loan amounts up to $729,500 but they just announced today that as of January 1, 2014 it is being lowered to $625,000 so you better find a home soon!
