Find an agent, they will have access to all of the foreclosures in the mls and will be able to represent you in the sale. Foreclosures take about the same amount of time as a regular sale to close on. The process is virtually identical for the buyer.

Hi Tmz2506,

I must concur with Karen. In most cases, if not all, banks do list the foreclosed properties with listing brokers. So your best option is to contact your local realtor to help you with the process. Buying a foreclosed home requires more paperwork, effort and time than a traditional purchase.

In all home purchases, you need a professional to guide, assist and help you every step of the way to ensure that your interest is protected.

Good Luck.

Hi Tmz:

Good Afternoon!! You need to contact an area Realtor. All foreclosure homes are sold through real estate agents. Banks do not sell homes. They hire a Real Estate firm to handle their sales. If you need assistance buying a home I would be happy to help.

Good Luck,
