Foreclosures are worth the effort. Many buyer today are taking advantage of terrific buys, saving thousands of dollars.

Find an agent in your target location and request area foreclosure information to be emailed to you.

Sathish, I would like to suggest you start here..http://www.trulia.com/blog/frances_flynn_thorsen_srs_e-proa/…

Then with an organized approach you search thru sites like these..http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/reo/reohome.cfm

http://www.thedirectoriescompany.com/reos.htm

Get an idea of what you can afford, where do you think is the best area, can you view the house and find an agent you trust by asking informed questions. You are thinking of making a large financial committment so do some homework. Others will give you even more places to look and advice on how to approach purchasing a foreclosed home. Soak it up and think hard... Goof luck, Dunes
