I don't have much experience from the above 2 websites.
How much success can I expect from the above 2 websites in the Poconos here?
Any valuable input from the experienced pros would be greatly appreciated.

I went into the web site hudhouses.foreclosure.com and I am interested very much in the houses listed there. However, there are no photos and details that go with the listings like in the web site flexmls.com.
Does anybody know if most ,if not all, of the houses that are listed in the hudhouses.foreclosure.com are also listed in the flexmls.com ?
Another option is how can I get the photos and details that go with the houses on hudhouses.foreclosure.com just like the listings in flexmls.com ?
It said something like register at the web site.
Do I have to pay a fee for it ?

Thanks for all your kind advices,

Hi,

I just dealt with realtybid.com with one of my clients. I showed them the home while it was listed throught the mls, a very short time later it was taken off the market and put with realtybid. My clients were interested in trying to purchase the property and went to the website. They were Put off after finding out they would have to pay certain expenses they wouldn't normally of had to payt if they had bought the home off of the MLS through a realtor. Needless to say, they didn't use realtybid.com, and the home is back listed on the MLS b/c realtybid couldn't sell it. Moriah is correct in saying that the forclosed homes have been on the market through the MLS, and to deal directly that with a realtor is your best bet.

I am Quite Knowledgable about the Pocono Mnt. Area. If you would like further assistance, Please feel free to contact me anytime. I would love to start sending you some homes over through the MLS.

Thank you,

Hello James.

I can only tell you that after extesive research as it pertains to HUD and bank REO and foreclosures the best info, most up to date informatipon is by getting the help of a buyer agent in the poconos and they should set you up with a search DIRECT to the local mls.

ALL of these propertiesa are listed with a local real estate agent before hitting the market.

Now shariff sales and auctions are not included with these above home types.

So, my advice is to not pay for info you can get free by working with a local agent.

James, I'm not an experienced PRO, but I think you would have more success using the actual Bank REO sites...http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/wiki/REO_Database_List.asp.…
http://www.hud.gov/homes/index.cfm ...................http://www.homesales.gov/homesales/mainAction.do

You can read through the questions and find plenty of discussion about the pay services for foreclosure info.

See if the sites above don't help you, if they don't then follow some of the other advice you will recieve. That's what makes Trulia nice, you can actually decide for yourself from differing opinions..Good luck, Dunes

James - I have not worked with either. The foreclosed properties that I am familiar with have been through HUD foreclosed properties. We are an approved HUD office and have submitted successful bids and closed on many HUD properties on behalf of our clients.
