How's the Beresford neighborhood?
Considering moving into this neighborhood so want to find out more about it, schools, neighbors, etc. Is there a lot of traffic jam on 92 during peak working hours?
The Beresford Neighborhood is wonderful area. It has great schools and is great area to raise a family.

In regards to the 92, it has pockets where traffic backs up (like before the W. Hillsdale exit), but overall it depends on where your going. The 92 generally leads you to 280 or 101. The 280 flows more steadily than 101. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
I used to live in the Beresford neighborhood and loved it. Everyone was welcoming and kind. It's a well established neighborhood with well cared for homes. The park is close by which is really convenient. Sometimes there's a bit of noise but nothing late at night. 92 is certainly heavily traveled and congested during peak hours.
