It depends on the appraiser, normally within five to ten business days.

It depends on how busy they are. Ive seen 72 hours to a week. If the property is a coop it can take a little longer because the management has to fill out the questionnaire.

Most of the appraisers I use or who are used by my preferred lenders will have the appraisal turned in within 7-10 days at the outside from the time they receive the original request.

Most appraisers can complete their appraisal report within 2 days. What takes time is scheduling the appraiser to make it out to the property. That can take 2-3 weeks in a tight market.
