The followng is based on information on the multiple listing service right now:

7900 Harbor Island --360 Condominiums and Marina Residences: Rentals are 1600-2500 depending on size. HOa's are from 560-729 again depending on the size

6850 Indian Creek-Regatta: Rentals now are 1650-4850 (that would be short term). HOA's are from 298-1060.

900 Bay Dr. --King Cole: Rentals are 1350-2400. HOA'S are 495-979. This building has all utilities included, even electric. All other buildings have everything Calbe, insurance, water, sewer), this one has electric as well.

It seems that you are looking at buildings with boat docks. Are you loooking to buy and rent the unit out?
