There are a lot of different ideas that go into making an offer on a home. How long it's been on the market for one. It's usually a good idea to have an agent representing you to make an offer and do the negotiating for you. There's no cost to you as the buyer to have an agent represent you on a listed property. I'd be happy to help if you would like.

Are you currently working with an agent?

This is one of the many services performed by a real estate professional. An agent will be able to provide you with the information you require to be able to make an informed and justifyable offer.

Good luck,

Hi, you should make an educated offer backed up with research. Check the sold comparables for the past 3-6 months in the area and then decide what the home is worth to you. If you make a ridiculous offer the seller may not want to sdeal with you or you may not have stats to back it up. one of the most important elements in a negotiation is having the sources for your decision waiting for debate.

You should have an agent do recent sold comps and then look at the property to see how well the house is built and materials used. That is a good starting place. I would be glad to assist you with this Larry Osborne 270-792-5511
