It is neither. It's just a lot near Mizner Park. To be clear, I don't need to know how much it would be worth. There are more than enough properties already on the market . I'm just trying to confirm the price to construct such a home.

I have the newest and most gorgeous condo building in your requested zip code for approximately $300/s.f. It's just been reduced from twice that price. The construction is luxury-luxury, high-end wood flooring, granite/marble, s/s appliances and the most amazing lobby in Boca Raton.
