It all depends on what area of these cities that you choose and also what year the home was built and if it is a frame or block build, and what kind of coverage you want. For example a 2006 concrete block build in NW Palm Bay will run you about $1100-1400 per year. If it's a home near the water, then you could be looking up to $2500 per year. I own a 2200 sq ft house in Indialantic. It is within a few blocks of the Ocean. Including Hurricane Insurance, I pay $2600/year.

Hi Maria,

Coverages vary depending on the insurance carrier and the different types of coverage you select. I would suggest that you give a local insurance agent a call and ask them to give you an estimate. I recently sold a home in Palm Bay and the buyers paid $1275.00 for their insurance on a home around 2000 square feet.

Feel free to give me a call with any questions.

Plus or minus $1,200.00 depending on the condition of the roof and other factors.

Can I assist you in finding a home in the area??
