How much is the Ramsey Country Club membership fee?
Many houses in Ramsey require the Ramsey Country Club membership. How much should I expect to pay, like initiation fee, monthly (or annual?) membership, minimum spendings, etc? Thank you!

FIRST ANSWER
For a new owner moving into the Country Club there is a non-refundable initiation fee of $4,500 upon transfer of the property. The dues and assessments are $145 per month that is excluding golf, tennis and the pool. There is also a minimum quarterly charge of $175 to be used at the Club restaurants and or the bar.
