residential dwelling: a minimum sewer rental of $14 per year, together with an annual surcharge of $94, other than a residential dwelling unit a minimum sewer rental of $22 per year.

As indicated in previous answers there is a separate charge for water usage.
Metered Water Consumption Charge
1 to 500 cubic feet $6.75
Per 100 cubic feet:
Residential dwelling unit $1.69
All users other than residential dwelling units $2.67
There is a provision for separate metering and charge for water used for sprinker systems which water does not reach the sewer system.

Not a flat fee; it's based on actual usage per quarter. There is a mininum charge, i think about $25 per quarter

Hi Buyer
You may call the town's Division of Water and Sewer at (973) 535-7951. Their hours are M-F, 8:30-4:30. They will be able to give you basic water and sewer charges. There are minimum charges, plus your usage. So........... if you take very long showers and lots of laundry, you will pay more !!! The billing for water and sewer is mailed quarterly.

Please let me know if I can be of further help!

Hello Buyer,

In Livingston your sewer and water charges will be determined by your usage. You can contact the town directly at http://www.livingstonnj.org in order to get the specific info you are looking for, ie: rates and frequency of the bill. Sorry to not give you a targeted number but I do not know your particular circumstance. Do you have a property that you are interested in buying?
