This was listed at $299K in 2007. Some of the information on several sites are inaccurate. You may want to look at Realtor.com. The house was going for 299k...back in 2007. I would suggest getting yourself a good buyers agent that can help you find the most up to date properties. Good luck!

That listing expired in 2007!!! Trulia is a very poor site to search for property. Try realtor.com or just about any web site from any real estate Broker....like mine, to search if you are not ready to use an agent.
