How much does it cost to tent a 2 story, 2,000s/f 105 year old house in historic Sanford for drywood termites?
also treated for subterranian even though did not see evidence of that. My question is how much does tenting a two story, 2000 s/f house cost? How long will treatment last? Can they just come back if the house next door has termites? I'm not sure if house next door does, but it is just as old and it looks like it is in terrible condition. Does anyone live in historic Sanford and know if there is a termite problem? Thanks!

I must say that if you are interested in getting more info, Marc Grossman - previous answererer =0) seems to have the info at his finger tips. Marc never ceases to amaze me at his breadth of knowledge and circle of professionals.
The price will vary from company to company and the services offered. Definitely get a few quotes. Research the company online for their record. Make sure you get everything in writing. I don't think the house next door will affect yours. Make sure you also get a repair bond if you are going through the trouble of tenting your home. There are different applications so make sure you are getting the correct one for your needs & compare apples to apples.
