I live on NW 23rd and my wind and hail is $2200 a year. I also didn't need flood but got it for only about 300. The tax value on my house is $357,000 so its the range you are looking for. By the way, its for sale too!!! Check it out....107 NW 23rd....2400 sq ft and only $318,000!!! Thanks!!

I can only give you approx. I live on the sound side of Oak Island in a $400,000 house and my insurance is $2715.00 per year with a 2% deductible on wind and hail. I could have gone with the $2500.00 deductible and my insurance would have been around $3300.00 per year. I don't have to carry flood insurance because I am in a preferred zone X but I do, and it costs approx. $300.00 per year. I hope this helps. I would love to assist you in your home buying process.
