Hi Shana, I see only one 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome on the market in Raritan - and that is in Raritan Boro. Listed at $450,000, which is the price that the very same unit sold for in the spring of 2004. I think that we are likely back to the pricing of 2004, so I would say that the sellers have priced the unit well. We could likely do a bit better as well.

Hi Shana: I assume you mean Raritan in NJ? Would that be Raritan Boro (near Bridgewater) or Raritan Township (near Flemington)? There are not many 4 bedroom townhomes around......they are generally price in the $400,000-$600,000 range, depending on their condition and location.
